Job Title: Social Worker - Community
Location: Cornwall
Pay Rate: £40 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Community Team based in Cornwall. 

What will your responsibilities be?

• Provide experienced leadership and management across Adult Social Care (ASC) services
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery
• Act as a peripatetic manager, offering flexible support across various ASC teams as needed
• Initially focus on stabilising and supporting the Adults Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team
• Step into other ASC teams as required to provide leadership, continuity, and operational stability

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have; 

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
