Job Title: Social Worker - Care Management
Location: Isle of Man
Pay Rate: £44.59 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Social Worker on behalf of its client to join the Care Management Team based on the beautiful Isle of Man.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Manage a caseload of complex cases with a person-centred approach.
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration (SW registered).
• Recent UK experience in a similar role.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
