Senior Associate, Growth Products

About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate, Growth Products to help build and optimize the products, systems, and capabilities that power our customer acquisition engine. You'll work across a portfolio of internal and customer-facing products that influence how we acquire customers, convert traffic, monetize demand, and create value for both consumers and service providers. At the core of the role is using data, product thinking, and experimentation to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and marketplace performance across our enterprise partner network.Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Partnerships, you'll identify opportunities, test ideas, and help bring new capabilities from concept through implementation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building solutions, and seeing their work directly impact business performance.Within your first year, you'll have helped launch new product enhancements across key enterprise accounts, improved acquisition and monetization metrics through experimentation, and become a trusted contributor to one of Home Solutions' most important growth initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day

• Help develop and improve products that support customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, monetization, and marketplace efficiency.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, marketplace performance, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for growth.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to launch new product features and enhancements that drive measurable business impact.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments—including A/B tests and iterative product improvements—to improve performance.
• Build business cases and supporting analysis for new product ideas, growth initiatives, and capability investments.
• Monitor product performance and key KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Help prioritize product enhancements by balancing business impact, customer value, and implementation effort.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements, testable hypotheses, and actionable solutions.

About You

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, growth, digital marketing, eCommerce, business operations, or a high-growth operating environment.
• Experience contributing to products, tools, systems, or capabilities that drove measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, or Business stakeholders—to launch new products or improve existing capabilities.
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, product analytics, or iterative optimization methodologies.
• Understanding of digital customer acquisition funnels, consumer behavior, or performance marketing is preferred.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• Strong business judgment and curiosity—you naturally think about customer value, business impact, and scalability.
• AI-native mindset—you instinctively leverage AI, automation, and modern tools to improve products, accelerate execution, and increase your impact.
• High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action. You enjoy solving difficult problems and following through to measurable results.
