About the Role

Delivery team members deliver on and embody Exiger’s purpose daily – making the world a safer place to do business – through researching, writing, reviewing, editing and developing reputational due diligence that inform business decisions for many of the world’s largest and most influential organizations and institutions globally. Delivery team members are on the front lines helping our clients understand with whom they are doing business and identify potential risks associated with such business relationships.

In this role, you’ll research companies and people, connect the dots, and turn information into clear insights that help clients understand risks and make better decisions. You’ll work on real cases from around the world, gaining hands-on experience while being supported by a collaborative team.

This is a full-time role with a flexible hybrid setup, located in Bucharest, Romania and the work schedule will be 15:00 - 24:00.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dig into information about companies and individuals using online sources, databases, and internal tools
• Turn what you find into clear, easy-to-understand reports
• Spot potential risks and figure out what’s important
• Handle multiple tasks at once and see projects through from start to finish
• Team up with colleagues to deliver high-quality work on time
• Share your findings clearly, both in writing and in conversations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome!))
• Up to 2 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Basic familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
