We are looking for a Senior 3D Animator - VVX.

Your day-to-day:

• Oversee and produce high-quality animations across all content types.
• Perform motion capture data cleanup, and post-adjustments to ensure realistic and expressive motion.
• Create keyframe animations for characters, props, and cameras to enhance storytelling and emotional depth.
• Develop and manage rigging and skinning pipelines for characters and objects.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external production partners to maintain a consistent animation workflow.

 Your background:

• 5+ years of experience in 3D animation production for real-time or cinematic content.
• Strong sense of camera direction, posing, and timing for both character and object animation.
• Proficiency in animation tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender.
• Skilled in Unreal Engine / Unity systems.
• Solid understanding of 3D content production pipelines and VFX workflows.
• Experience in motion capture data processing and refinement.

It's a big plus if you:

• Have experience creating virtual character-based content (e.g., Virtual Streamer, digital human).
• Have experience in real-time live broadcasting or streaming pipelines using Unreal Engine / Unity.
• Have experience developing motion capture pipelines.
• Have worked on AR/VR or immersive content production.
