We are looking for a creative and strategic Scriptwriter cum Producer to lead the development and production of engaging video content with a strong focus on YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who excels at storytelling, scriptwriting, and end-to-end content production, with the ability to transform ideas into compelling videos that educate, entertain, and drive audience engagement.

As a Scriptwriter cum Producer, you will collaborate closely with content creators, presenters, editors, designers, and marketing teams to conceptualize, script, plan, and oversee video production. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the brand's voice, resonates with target audiences, and achieves business objectives. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Research, conceptualize, and write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, explainer videos, and other digital content.
• Develop compelling storylines, hooks, and content structures that maximize audience retention and engagement.
• Plan and manage the end-to-end production process, including pre-production, shoot planning, scheduling, and post-production coordination.
• Collaborate with presenters, creative teams, video editors, and designers to ensure scripts are translated into high-quality visual content.
• Oversee production workflows to ensure timely delivery while maintaining creative and production quality standards.
• Conduct topic research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify trending content opportunities.
• Optimize scripts and video concepts based on YouTube best practices, SEO principles, and platform algorithms.
• Review video edits and provide creative feedback to ensure storytelling, pacing, and messaging align with project objectives.
• Coordinate production resources, talent, locations, and equipment for smooth execution of shoots.
• Continuously evaluate content performance and recommend improvements based on audience analytics and engagement metrics.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in Scriptwriting, YouTube Content Production, Digital Media, or Video Production.
• Strong storytelling ability with experience writing engaging long-form and short-form video scripts.
• Deep understanding of YouTube content strategy, audience behavior, retention techniques, and platform trends.
• Experience managing video production workflows from concept development to final delivery.
• Excellent research, creative thinking, and content planning skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
