We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM, Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, and CRM functional configuration. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, supporting enterprise CRM environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable SAP solutions.

As an SAP CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP CRM modules while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support functions to gather requirements, resolve production issues, implement system enhancements, and maintain high service quality. The role requires strong functional knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to support business-critical applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP CRM modules across sales and service processes.
• Manage and optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows to support business operations.
• Configure and maintain CRM Pricing, Billing, and Partner Determination functionalities.
• Support SAP CRM Middleware operations and ensure seamless CRM–ECC integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and change requests while meeting defined service levels.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
• Work closely with ABAP developers, Middleware teams, and other functional consultants to implement enhancements and resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in system testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare functional specifications and maintain solution documentation for ongoing system improvements.
• Contribute to continuous process optimization by identifying opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes and SAP CRM functional configuration.
• Solid knowledge of CRM Sales, CRM Service, CRM Pricing, CRM Billing, and Partner Determination.
• Experience working with SAP CRM Middleware and CRM–ECC Integration.
• Good understanding of ECC SD processes and integration points.
• Proven experience handling production support, incident management, and change management activities.
• Familiarity with CRM WebUI, IDoc Monitoring, and preparing Functional Specifications (FS) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic support environment, including night shifts supporting North America business hours, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
