Project Description

The project focuses on enhancing and maintaining a Salesforce-based platform that supports controlled document workflows, including access, editing, approval, storage, and distribution of up-to-date quality documentation. The Salesforce Team Lead will guide technical design and delivery while leading the development team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Salesforce development team and solution design reviews, guiding technical design and implementation decisions in line with enterprise architecture and scalability requirements;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate high-level requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to discovery sessions and high-level estimations;
• Define and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce configuration, ensuring code quality through code reviews and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Oversee the Salesforce integration strategy and connectivity with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware;
• Plan and coordinate sprints and releases, including task assignments and team capacity;
• Mentor and coach team members through one-on-one meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and individual development plans;
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration flows;
• Continuously evaluate development processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements;

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development;
• 2+ years of experience in a senior or lead role, including responsibility for architectural decisions, team mentoring, and leading developers and QA engineers through project delivery;
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions;
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, as well as org architecture;
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST and SOAP integrations using named credentials and external services;
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices, including Salesforce DX pipelines, automated testing, and release management;
• Expertise in Salesforce deployment and environment management, including managed packages, sandbox management, and deployment automation;
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking tools such as Jira;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and design scalable, maintainable solutions;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders and facilitate cross-team discussions;
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be a plus, including Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, or JavaScript Developer I;
• English level: B2 or higher;
