  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPIs, ideally within complex or multi-use event venues.
  • At least 1 year of experience in venue sales, venue-finding, events, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused sales environment.
  • A commercial mindset, with confidence in qualifying briefs, identifying opportunities, maximising revenue, and building profitable client relationships.
  • A good understanding of the local venue market and venue-finding agencies.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels, while remaining calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and competing priorities effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Confidence using Mac computers, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

What we offer:

  • Discretionary bonus scheme of base salary.
  • Paid overtime.
  • 27 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays).
  • Social events and free tickets to our live events.

  • Competitive pension plan.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Other schemes including Season Ticket Loan, Cycle to Work, Optical Care and Referral Scheme.
  • Training and professional development opportunities.
