Job Responsibilities:
- Contact vendors by phone and email to obtain pricing, product, and order information.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Assist with processing purchase orders and tracking orders.
- Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other purchasing-related inquiries.
- Support the purchasing team with general administrative duties.
- Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and purchasing data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
