📄 Contract Type: Part-time - 0.8FTE, 29.6 hours per week
💰 Salary: Competitive Salary, based on experience

The Opportunity
ICMP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Leader to lead our BA (Hons) Live Event and Festival Management programme across our three ICMP campuses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of live industry education by overseeing a diverse programme that puts the ever-changing live music ecosystem at its heart.
As Programme Leader, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student experience. You will work closely with academic teams to drive innovation and excellence across curriculum development, programme delivery, and student engagement.
About You
You are a passionate and proven academic leader with a strong background in music business and event management. You bring:
- Substantial experience in undergraduate teaching and academic leadership
- A track record of leading teams, enhancing the student experience, and managing academic programmes
- A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with awareness of inclusive pedagogies and current debates such as decolonising the curriculum
- The ability to motivate and support staff, foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
- Ideally, an active research profile or industry practice that enriches your academic work and connects to the evolving music and events landscape
