We are looking for an Operations Intern to support some of the company’s most important cross-functional initiatives — from regulatory programs to product launches and operational improvements. In this role, you will work closely with experienced operations, product, compliance, and business stakeholders to help translate strategic priorities into clear analyses, structured project support, and practical execution steps.

What you'll do

• Support cross-functional operational and strategic projects.

• Prepare regulatory readiness and implementation materials.

• Conduct structured research, data analysis, and business case support.

• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.

• Prepare clear documentation, summaries, and decision materials.

• Support the operationalization of new processes, products, and market initiatives.

• Collaborate with teams across operations, product, compliance, and strategy.

What you need to have

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, law, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Ability to break down complex topics into clear workstreams and next steps.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.

• Good attention to detail and comfort working with data.

• High ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

It’s a Bonus If You Have

• Previous internship experience in consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, banking, or a high-growth startup.

• Interest in fintech, investing, regulation, or product operations.

• Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or analytics tools.

• Exposure to project management, process improvement, or research-heavy work.
