What will your responsibilities be?

• Provide Occupational Therapy services across Medway, including home visits and community-based assessments
• Complete case work remotely when not travelling
•  Based in the office at Gun Wharf
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred assessments and interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• Must be a car driver with business insurance cover
• Able to travel across Medway
