Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Services teams at Basingstoke, New Forest, Winchester, Fareham.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Conduct home and community-based assessments
• Deliver interventions to improve functional ability and independence
• Collaborate with MDTs and contribute to care planning
• Manage expectations of residents awaiting OT input
• Provide moving & handling assessments and support

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
• Experience with PD clients and adult social care
• Full UK driving licence and access to insured vehicle
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
