Summary 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Executive to join our Product development team. In this role, you will support the coordination of new product development projects from concept through to launch, helping to ensure activities are completed on time, and information is effectively shared across teams. Working closely with colleagues across Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, and Regional Markets, you will play an important role in keeping projects organized and progressing according to plan. 

The NPD Executive will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, tracking key milestones, coordinating meetings, following up on action items, and supporting communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners. You will help ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date while contributing to the successful launch of innovative products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to build experience in new product development, project coordination, and supply chain operations within the beauty industry. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Support the coordination of new product development projects from concept to launch. 

• Assist in maintaining project timelines and tracking key development milestones. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Regional Markets. 

• Help update and maintain the launch calendar. 

• Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to ensure project actions are completed on time. 

• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action points and project updates. 

• Maintain accurate project documentation, specifications, BOMs, and launch information. 

• Track project progress and escalate issues or delays to the NPD Manager when required. 

• Support communication with suppliers and contract manufacturers regarding project timelines and deliverables. 

• Assist with launch planning activities, including gathering forecasts and coordinating order requirements. 

• Generate regular project status reports and KPI updates 

Requirements

• 2 - 4 year’s experience in traffic management, operations, or project management within creative, agency, or brand environments 

• Advanced knowledge of Asana is essential 

• Strong understanding of creative production workflows across photo, video, social, paid, and digital content 

• Exceptional organisational and communication skills 

• Ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously under tight timelines 

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts 

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through 

• Comfortable working across both high-level planning and granular operational detail 

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, teams and departments  

• Familiarity with fast-turnaround content environments and active production workflows 

• Ideal candidate will have experience within luxury, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or founder-led brands 

• Experience supporting global campaigns and social-first content ecosystems
