The Supply New Build Lead will own the full lifecycle of PropHero’s new-build promotions: feasibility, financial modelling, coordination with legal and technical teams, and overall project oversight. This person will be key in scaling the new-build supply vertical and ensuring operational excellence across all active promotions.

How you will shape Prophero:

• • Manage new-build residential developments from land acquisition through to the handover of completed homes.
  • Conduct urban planning, technical, financial, and commercial feasibility analyses for each project.
  • Coordinate all key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, engineers, financial institutions, notaries, and public authorities.
  • Oversee permits, project development, construction progress, and ensure compliance with timelines.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, financing, and overall project profitability.
  • Coordinate the sales process, property conveyancing, and final handover of the homes.
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to ensure the successful delivery of each development.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and ensure business objectives are achieved.

What you will bring to our team:

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing new-build residential promotions (preferably within developers).
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong command of financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project, or promotion management software.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with banks, notaries, and public administrations.
• Highly analytical, structured, problem-solving mindset with strong results orientation.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
• Preferred location: Valencia.
