About the Role

Our client is looking for a Microsoft 365 Developer to take real ownership of Office Add-ins, AI, and automation solutions within a regulated enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role at the core of a long-term initiative, you'll build JavaScript-based Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, and Outlook, design agentic workflows, develop document intelligence solutions, and integrate with Microsoft 365, all within a fully compliant, Microsoft-native ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, and Outlook using JavaScript
• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Develop RAG solutions that surface and process content from SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Build document automation solutions including reading, validating, and correcting Word documents against defined templates
• Integrate AI solutions with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other M365 tools via Microsoft Graph API
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Power Platform
• Ensure all solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Collaborate across stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose scalable alternatives

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript development experience, ideally with exposure to building web-based applications or browser extensions
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API integrations
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, building and deploying AI agents
• Experience with SharePoint Online
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Power Platform
• Experience with Microsoft Word document automation is a plus
• Experience publishing or contributing to apps on the Microsoft Office Store is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy RAG solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong communicator: Responsive during US business hours, transparent about capabilities, and comfortable presenting work

Benefits

• 🕘 Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. EST
