Looking for a professional, Monday–Friday role where your attention to detail truly matters? Join our Member Services team at UF Resources, supporting estate-planning clients from our Bradenton office. In this role, you’ll carefully review and proof estate planning documents, coordinate member plan changes, and help ensure every plan is accurate, compliant, and completed correctly the first time.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and proof estate planning documents (trusts, wills, and related forms) for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate member plan enrollments, updates, amendments, and replacements.
- Perform quality checks on reports, plan changes, and documentation workflows.
- Respond to member inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-through.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date electronic files and documentation according to internal standards.
Ideal Background
- Paralegal education or 3+ years in a legal assistant, insurance/benefits, or similar document-heavy coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple files, documents, and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with legal or financial documents is highly preferred.
