This is a remote position based out of Oklahoma City and requires some travel. A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.

Essential Functions:

• Tasks aimed at managing and filing medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims.
• Coordination with Healthcare Providers. Work closely with healthcare providers to obtain the necessary documentation, such as medical records and billing information.
• Communication with Legal Professionals
• Patient Support and record keeping
• Lien Filing Compliance and Policy Adherence
• Work collaboratively with other team members within the organization to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of lien management.
• Filing liens either in person or online is integral to this position.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.
• High School or GED required.
• Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary.
• Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
