Ideal Profile

Experience & Marketing Skills

• Experience in marketing coordination, communications, campaigns, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
• Background in IT, technology, or managed services environments is highly desirable.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and brand messaging skills for technical and professional audiences.
• Strong graphic design capabilities using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimisation, and automation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Tools & Systems

• Experience with CRM platforms such as ConnectWise or similar systems.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GlassHive or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable working with email marketing, social scheduling, website CMS platforms, and automation tools.
• Ability to leverage AI content, design, campaign, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Design branded marketing assets, presentations, graphics, and digital content.
• Coordinate email, social media, digital, webinar, event, and vendor marketing campaigns.
• Manage EDMs, content schedules, marketing workflows, and campaign calendars.
• Support website updates, SEO activities, paid advertising initiatives, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate marketing projects, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support vendor engagement activities, including portals, submissions, merchandise, and supplier coordination.
• Liaise with agencies, creative partners, vendors, and internal sales teams.
• Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content quality, campaign execution, and automation.
• Build a strong understanding of the organisation’s brand, messaging, and value proposition, then contribute improvement ideas.
