Jako Market Project Manager, dołączysz do zespołu Web Operations i będziesz kluczowym ogniwem łączącym globalny zespół z rynkiem polskim. Twoim głównym zadaniem będzie koordynacja wdrożeń i dystrybucja globalnych materiałów marketingowych na rynki lokalne.
Twoje główne zadania i odpowiedzialności:- Koordynacja i terminowe wdrażanie stron produktowych, aktualizacji konfiguratora oraz drukowanych broszur zgodnie z globalnym harmonogramem
- Utrzymywanie silnych, partnerskich relacji z klientami oraz lokalnymi brand managerami
- Tworzenie planów awaryjnych we współpracy z Senior Project Managerem w przypadku zagrożenia terminów.
- Tworzenie jasnych, precyzyjnych briefów dla zespołów technicznych i produkcyjnych oraz przeprowadzanie ostatecznej kontroli jakości przed publikacją, w tym dbanie o formalne akceptacje.
- Codzienne aktualizowanie raportów z postępu prac i dbanie o przestrzeganie ustalonych procesów.
- Min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu projektów digitalowych/webowych
- Płynny język angielski (C1 – codzienny kontakt z zespołem globalnym) oraz język polski (C1).
- Doświadczenie w pracy przy projektach związanych z CMS, stronami www lub konfiguratorami online.
- Umiejętności samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów i zarządzania oczekiwaniami klienta.
- Umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu, dbałości o detale i zarządzania wieloma wątkami jednocześnie.
- Zdolności do jasnego i precyzyjnego formułowania myśli (zarówno w briefach, jak i w bezpośrednim kontakcie).

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
