🌍 We're Hiring: Logistics Assistant – Corporate Travel
📍 Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris (hybrid working)
📝 Contract Type: CDD September 2026 to end 2027
Join HBS, a global leader in sports production and project management for international sporting events, and help coordinate the international travel of our employees and consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics, travel coordination or operations within an international environment. Please note that this role does not include business travel or on-site event work during the term of the contract.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book international travel arrangements for employees and consultants.
- Research travel options and prepare travel itineraries and documentation in line with company policies.
- Liaise with travel suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel planning.
- Maintain accurate travel records, databases and financial tracking, including invoice processing.
- Support the Logistics team with operational planning and travel coordination for international events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, travel coordination or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
