What You’ll Actually Be Doing 👩⚕️🐶
This is a hands-on, skill-driven role where your experience matters:
- Run anesthesia cases confidently, including monitoring and troubleshooting
- Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, lab work, and diagnostics efficiently
- Take and position high-quality radiographs
- Assist in surgery and advanced procedures
- Execute treatment plans independently and accurately
- Educate clients with clarity and professionalism (no hand-holding scripts)
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical records
- Anticipate doctor needs and keep appointments running smoothly
- Step into leadership moments—mentoring newer staff when needed
You won’t be micromanaged—but you will be relied on.
What You Bring ✔️
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (VTNE passed, current license)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong anesthesia and patient monitoring skills
- Confidence in technical abilities and clinical decision support
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume setting
- Professional communication with both clients and team members
- A proactive mindset—you see what needs to be done and handle it
- Willingness to contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
