Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide remote counseling and clinical support to clients through scheduled telehealth sessions. You will help clients process concerns, build coping skills, and work toward treatment goals through thoughtful, professional care.

The role includes a mix of therapy sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and documentation. It is well suited for an LCSW who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and provide steady support in a remote clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through virtual appointments
• Complete client intake assessments and clinical reviews
• Build treatment plans with clear and measurable goals
• Support clients with mental health and life adjustment concerns
• Document all sessions accurately and on time
• Review treatment progress and update plans as appropriate
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and records
• Follow clinical protocols for risk assessment and crisis concerns
• Use telehealth systems professionally and reliably

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
• Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
• Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
• Excellent communication and professional judgment
