About the Role

Our partner is a direct to consumer electrolyte hydration brand designed for the next generation of active, health-conscious consumers in Spain and beyond. Our formula is simple yet powerful sugar-free, with effective levels of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, and none of the fillers found in legacy brands. Packaged in sleek single serve sachets, we sit at the intersection of wellness lifestyle and premium athletic performance.

We are venture-backed, early-stage, and growing fast a team of seven building what we believe will become one of Europe's most exciting consumer brands. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to build and own our B2B wholesale channel from the ground up.

You will be responsible for building, structuring and scaling our wholesale and strategic partnerships channel. From boutique fitness studios and padel clubs to hotels, wellness operators, specialty retail and corporate accounts, you'll identify opportunities, open doors, build relationships and turn them into long-term revenue streams.

We're looking for someone who can help us build the commercial engine behind the business: developing processes, improving systems, identifying opportunities and acting as the voice of the customer internally. You'll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with Brand & Partnerships, Growth and Operations to help shape the future of the channel.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the entire B2B channel for one of Spain's fastest-growing consumer brands. You'll have the autonomy to shape the strategy, pick the accounts, and close the deals with direct access to the CEO and a lean, fast-moving team behind you. You'll earn competitive base + commission on every deal you close, plus real equity in a company building something iconic.

Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management & Growth: Own and grow a portfolio of premium accounts. Track sales goals, performance and client activity closely, and follow up with rigor and consistency.

  • Client Relationship & Retention: Stay close to clients on an ongoing basis maintain the relationship, follow up proactively, and identify new opportunities for reorders, upselling or account expansion.

  • Business Development & Prospecting: Open new markets and build a pipeline of high-potential accounts across hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail and corporate channels. Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients.

  • Field Visits & On-Site Presence: Conduct in-person visits to studios, hotels, offices and points of sale to check how the brand/product is being represented, gather direct feedback, and strengthen relationships with owners and decision-makers.

  • Commercial Operations & Reporting: Own CRM hygiene, account documentation and commercial reporting. Understand sales volume, identify top clients, track purchase frequency, and maintain organized, data-driven follow-up.

  • Occasional POS Oversight: Occasionally check execution at point of sale this is not a permanent merchandiser function.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or B2B Sales. Prior experience specifically as a CAM is not required.

  • Background does not need to come from the wellness industry profiles from fashion, jewelry, design, PR/partnerships/events or premium retail are also a strong fit, as long as they combine sensitivity to premium product, strong presence and commercial ability.

  • Strong sales foundation with proven ability to manage client relationships.

  • Solid numerical/analytical skills: comfortable understanding sales volume, identifying top clients, tracking purchase frequency and following up with order.

  • Comfortable engaging with premium clients knows how to approach, speak and write to them appropriately.

  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills, aligned with a premium brand image.

  • Good level of English (minimum B1) and Spanish.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing network within Spain's wellness, hospitality, fitness, fashion or lifestyle ecosystem.

  • Experience helping build commercial processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
