Overview

At Eversports, our mission is simple: "making sports happen". We do that by giving our partners the tools they need to run and grow their business, and by making sure they never feel alone while doing it. As our Customer Care Executive, you will support sports studios, clubs and venues across the DACH market and help them get the most out of Eversports.

You will help our partners with their questions, guide them through their first steps with Eversports, and share their feedback with our internal teams so we can keep improving our product. Along the way, you will learn how customer care, onboarding, sales and product teams work together inside a growing sports-tech company.

Work time: Full-time (35 hours per week, every second Friday off!)

Office: Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks

• Support our German-speaking B2B partners in the DACH market via tickets, live chat, email and video calls
• Help new partners get started with Eversports through onboarding and activation meetings
• Be the friendly go-to person when partners have questions or need support
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to improve the customer experience
• Share customer feedback and ideas to help us make our software even better
• Keep our online helpdesk helpful, simple and up to date
• Learn fast, stay organised and manage your daily tasks independently

Your Profile

• Native-level German and fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• Fluency in another language, ideally French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian or Swedish.
• You enjoy helping people and explaining things in a clear, friendly way
• You are curious, solution-oriented and not afraid to ask questions
• You communicate with confidence and bring a positive attitude
• You are a team player and open to feedback
• You are excited to learn, grow and start building your career
• You have a passion for sports, movement or the sports industry
• Previous customer care experience is welcome, but not required

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 32,410 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
