Pepper.pl is a deal-sharing community where consumers find, rate and share the best deals from on and off the high street every day to provide inspiration to others on what to buy at the best prices. Members use the temperature gauge to vote on deals so other users know that the hotter the deal, the stronger the offer. We are in the process of driving Pepper.pl forward and thus offer a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Community Support Specialist.

About this role : 

We are looking for a part-time Junior Community Support Specialist to support the Pepper.pl community remotely for 30 hours per week, including weekend and holiday shifts. In this role, you will help keep one of Poland’s biggest shopping communities useful, fair, and welcoming by supporting members, moderating discussions, and handling sensitive situations with care.

You will work independently and with the wider team to understand community needs, resolve issues pragmatically, and help maintain the trust that makes Pepper.pl valuable for users.

Responsibilities: 

• Dealing with questions and queries in a friendly, balanced way.
• Moderating user-generated content posted on pepper.pl (deals, comments, etc.) based on community rules and guidelines.
• Mediate discussions and disputes within the community, ensuring that interactions remain respectful and constructive.
• Promote engagement and participation within the community.
• Helping with weekend shifts as a part-time employee.

Your Profile : 

• You are passionate about deals.
• You are focused, friendly, and can remain calm in stressful situations.
• You pride yourself on your problem-solving capabilities.
• You work well as part of a team.
• You have great time management skills and can demonstrate your ability to prioritize.
• Fluent in English, and Polish speaker
