Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with DevOps expertise to join our Incedo project team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and observability solutions, with specific experience in Grafana.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and release processes.
- Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
- Monitor application performance and infrastructure using Grafana and related monitoring tools.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in Grafana.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud and containerized environments.
- Ensure security, reliability, and availability of applications and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and DevOps best practices implementation.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom domain preferred.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
