The role
The IT Supply Operations Specialist is responsible for managing operational procurement activities for Data Center Infrastructure and Network Connectivity services across the APAC region. This role ensures the efficient sourcing, purchasing, contracting, and payment of IT infrastructure services while partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end operational procurement activities for Data Center Infrastructure, Network Connectivity, and other IT-related categories.
- Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers across the APAC region to support business requirements.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and coordinate contract execution with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Process procurement requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests using ERP and procurement systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing vendor management processes.
- Track procurement requests, contracts, purchase orders, and payment status to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Nebius procurement policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers and service providers to support operational excellence and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency, and supplier performance.
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Supply Operations.
- Experience sourcing suppliers and supporting commercial negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite, or similar).
- Experience managing procurement activities from requisition through payment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience procuring Data Center infrastructure and Network Connectivity services.
- Familiarity with telecom and connectivity services, including IP Transit, DIA, Dark Fiber, Cross Connects, Colocation, and Remote Hands.
- Experience working with suppliers across the APAC region.
- Experience supporting Data Center build-out or expansion projects.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract administration.
