Key Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting, networking, and engaging with community contacts to generate leads and add to your sales pipeline.

• Educate clients about the full suite of Farmers insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) through consultative selling.

• Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions for comprehensive protection and value.

• Oversee the complete sales process: source prospects, consult, present solutions, and close sales to build your client base.

• Develop strong, trusting relationships and earn referrals through exceptional customer service.

• Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals while providing outstanding client satisfaction.

• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to remain competitive.

Qualifications

• Friendly, persuasive communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and the drive to exceed goals.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

• Willing to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).
