Job Responsibilities
- Help working on job description library.
- Support the team with day-to-day business and operational tasks as assigned.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Help collect, review, and organize data required for internal and external requests (e.g., SAMA, Audit, and other regulatory requirements).
- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks and following up on action items.
- Support coordination and communication across teams when needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and professional standards.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a business-oriented mindset while supporting daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program (HRDF).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to use Ai tools is a plus
