Responsibilities:

• Define the overarching vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for an entire cluster of products to drive significant business growth.
• Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) or key business metrics for the product portfolio, setting ambitious growth targets and being accountable for their achievement.
• Continuously analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats, adjusting the strategy accordingly.
• Empower the team by removing obstacles and ensuring they have the resources and autonomy needed to succeed.
• Govern the high-level experimentation roadmap for the entire product cluster, ensuring that the team's A/B tests and experiments are strategically aligned with growth objectives.
• Champion a culture of rapid, data-informed iteration, pushing the team to form strong hypotheses, run high-impact tests, and share learnings widely.
• Clearly articulate the portfolio's strategy, performance, and roadmap to executive stakeholders, translating complex product concepts into clear business value.
• Focus on digital channels and take full accountability on revenue performance and growth outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product growth management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
• Deep, hands-on experience with modern product analytics tools to track user behavior and portfolio KPIs.
• Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation platforms to manage and analyze tests.
• Proven experience in scaling B2C mobile applications.
• Experience using product roadmapping and strategy tools to plan and communicate the portfolio vision.
• A deep, practical understanding of product growth frameworks and models (e.g., AARRR Pirate Metrics, HEART framework) and how to apply them to diagnose the user funnel and identify growth levers across a product portfolio.
• Exceptional ability to think strategically, connecting the dots between market needs, user behavior, and business goals to form a cohesive product vision.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in market analysis, financial modeling, and a deep understanding of what drives product-led growth.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards a common goal.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to gain buy-in from senior executives and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Proven ability to align individual and team goals with the organization’s overall vision and objectives.
