As part of our Brand Communications team, you'll help tell the stories behind that work—through thoughtful design, compelling visuals and meaningful communications that connect with clients, partners and communities.

About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging Graphic Designer who is excited to build a career alongside a collaborative team of writers, designers, photographers, videographers, marketers and strategists.
No two days look the same. One day you might be creating graphics for our website. The next, designing social campaigns, supporting business development efforts, contributing to Catalyst magazine, creating conference graphics, or helping showcase award-winning projects across architecture, interiors and landscape architecture.
You'll gain exposure to all of LPA's market sectors and design disciplines while working on projects that influence nearly every part of the firm.

What You'll Do
Working alongside experienced creative professionals, you'll contribute to a wide variety of brand communication initiatives, including:
Brand identity implementation and stewardship
Website graphics and digital content
Presentation design
Social media campaigns
Email marketing
Catalyst magazine
Marketing and business development materials
Conference and event graphics
Recruiting and culture initiatives
Internal communications
Print and digital collateral
Creative brainstorming and design reviews
You'll help bring ideas to life while learning how design supports storytelling, business development and brand strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
0–3 years of professional experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, typography and visual communication
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Experience designing for both print and digital media
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiarity with Figma is a plus
Motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Asana or Mural is a plus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
