We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, exceptional visual storytelling abilities, and hands-on expertise in creating compelling digital and print assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, branding, and content, to develop high-quality visuals that enhance brand identity and engage target audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about graphic design, stays updated with the latest design trends, and can translate ideas into impactful visual experiences while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and online advertisements.
• Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business collateral, and event branding.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Produce illustrations, icons, infographics, and visual content that effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Edit and enhance images, ensuring all visual assets meet quality standards and brand consistency.
• Prepare design files for production across digital and print mediums.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continually improve creative output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and branding principles.
• Knowledge of image editing, vector graphics, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
• Experience working in advertising agencies, startups, product companies, or corporate marketing teams is preferred.
