We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Quality Intern (still studying) or Graduate (completed study) to join our Customer Quality Team in Wellington on a part-time, six-month fixed-term contract.
This opportunity is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career journey. Whether you're a student, graduate, career changer, trainee, or simply looking for your first professional role, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As part of our Customer Quality Team, you'll support a variety of projects and activities that help us deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers and our business.
You'll gain valuable experience in business operations, reporting, process improvement, documentation, and stakeholder communication while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you may be involved in:
- Preparing customer attestation and compliance responses
- Supporting workflow automation activities
- Researching and gathering information for reports
- Writing and formatting business documents
- Developing PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer audiences
- Assisting with quality and process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining documentation and records
- Collaborating with team members across different areas of the business
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to learn
- Takes initiative and enjoys finding solutions
- Can manage their own workload and work semi-autonomously
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is organised and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships

Skills & Experience
No specific qualification or educational background is required. To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Strong written communication skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- A willingness to learn and try new things

- Please note: This is an entry level position, ideal for people just starting out in their careers. If you have relevant experience greater than 12 months, then you may be better aligned to an Associate level role
