À propos de ce poste Functional Support Consultant (with Infor WMS experience) chez Innovecs
We are looking for an Infor WMS Customer Support & Implementation Specialist to provide ongoing L2 functional support for a live, already-implemented WMS, onboard new customers, and perform minor WMS configuration adjustments based on business needs. This is primarily a hands-on support role - day-to-day troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational support of warehouse operations that are already in production - combined with customer onboarding and solution configuration activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse operations teams, customer stakeholders, and technical teams to keep the Infor WMS solution running smoothly, resolve functional issues quickly, and ensure high platform adoption. Experience in transportation management and third-party logistics (3PL) operations is a strong plus.
