We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to build end-to-end software solutions, delivering seamless user experiences while developing robust backend systems and APIs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the frontend and backend.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop secure, high-performance backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern server-side technologies.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability through clean architecture and best coding practices.

Backend & Database Development

• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions.
• Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug production problems, and implement performance improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following industry best practices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Monitor application health and contribute to operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, development standards, and system architecture.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance application performance, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with server-side programming using Node.js, Java, Python, C#, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with ORM frameworks and database optimization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
