Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented File Clerk to join our award-winning team in our Newport Beach headquarters. As a File Clerk, you will have an essential role in supporting our attorneys and clients and contributing to our continued success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a business or pre-law student, or any individual who has an interest in the professional legal field, to get their foot in the door at a well-known and respected firm in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Open new case files and process case closures
- File documents and process mail
- Restock office supplies
- Maintain office and public areas in a tidy and well-organized manner
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to prioritize assignments while assisting attorneys with tasks
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to lift semi-heavy objects

The expected base salary range is $18 - $23/hr, depending on experience
