The Role

We are looking for an accomplished F&B Manager to join Domes Baobab Suites, our new 5-star lifestyle and athleisure resort in Costa Adeje, Tenerife — Domes' newest destination as we expand into Spain.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for the resort's Food & Beverage operations, from daily service delivery to team culture and guest experience. As F&B Manager, you will take ownership of the department's performance while embodying the Domes philosophy of warmth, elegance, and curated luxury.

The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Domes brand of luxury hospitality. This role combines operational leadership, quality control, and team development, working closely with the Hotel Operations Manager to drive service excellence, maintain HACCP & ISO standards, and achieve budgetary and operational targets across all F&B departments.

Key accountabilities:

• Oversees daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence aligned with Domes standards.
• Collaborates with the Hotel Manager to enhance hotel services and operations.
• Ensures SOP, HACCP & ISO compliance across F&B departments.
• Trains and develops F&B staff to deliver top-tier guest service.
• Forecasts F&B needs and ensures consistent food & beverage quality and presentation.
• Oversees staff appearance, hygiene, and conduct.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance and monthly inventory.
• Participates in budget preparation and prepares regular cost/performance reports.
• Handles guest complaints effectively.
• Participates in F&B staff recruitment.

Requirements

Technical

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism. MBA or Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years resort experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at a five-star hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, a second or third language (e.g. French, German, Russian) will be considered a plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and PMS OPERA.
