A DAY IN A LIFE
At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.
As a startup, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Support external/internal audits by preparing financial documents and schedules.
- Assist the Finance Manager with financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
- Maintain balance sheet schedules, including cash deposits, bank agreements, and customer guarantees.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) collections.
- Coordinate invoice issuance, tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), and client portal uploads.
- Verify vendor invoices, support Accounts Payable (AP) processes, and prepare weekly payment proposals.
- Update daily bank books, weekly cash reports, and monthly cash flow projections.
- Manage finance administration, including ERP master data, corporate platform administration, and document preparation.
- Support tax administration, including Coretax, withholding tax (WHT), and VAT validation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, AR/AP, Finance Administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Familiar with online banking platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation (Faktur Pajak, PPh 23, and Coretax).
