What the role is about 

The E-commerce team is looking for an E-commerce Assistant & Jr. E-mailmarketing Specialist. You will be part of the B2C - Digital Marketing team, which consists of 14 members. You will be working closely with the E-commerce Manager, Campaign & E-commerce Specialist and the Jr. E-commerce Specialist and Brand Communications Specialist. 

As our E-commerce Assistant & Jr. E-mailmarketing Specialist, you will support the team in all areas of E-commerce. Next to this, you will have a strong focus on email marketing. You will take ownership of our newsletters from A to Z and dive into topics such as lead acquisition, back-in-stock emails and email flow optimization. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in an international and ambitious organization and learn more about the ins and outs of E-commerce and email marketing. Next to that, you will further develop your professional skills by managing your own tasks, and reporting to and working with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities 

• Preparing new campaigns, product launches and promotions; 
• Keep the online content up to date; 
• Own the B2C-newsletter process from A to Z: planning, set-up and creation, execution and analysing/monitoring performance; 
• Research different email marketing topics such as lead acquisition, back-in-stock emails and email flow optimization, and translate findings into concrete improvements; 
• Assist with online merchandising and page optimizations; 
• Making web performance analyses; 
• Assist in getting optimized translations of our website content from English into six other languages (FR, DE, NL, IT, ES, EL). 

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Economics or anything related to E-commerce; 
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English; 
• You are available 4 days a week; 
• You like to work independently as well as in a team; 
• You are commercial, result and detail oriented; 
• A team player with a positive attitude who strives for continuous improvements.
