Operating with a lean, highly agile executive leadership team, they partner directly with colleges and universities across the United States to recruit, qualify, and connect prospective students for online degree and certificate programs. They prioritize proactive innovation, scrappy execution, and modern AI-driven workflows to drive real student enrollment outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking an autonomous, highly curious, and execution-focused Demand and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to establish the company's foundational inbound marketing and lead nurture ecosystem. Reporting directly to the interim CEO, you will be the sole driver of organic student acquisition, building content engines, forming publishing partnerships, and designing CRM automated nurture sequences.

This is a part-time, hands-on role designed for a self-driven marketer who thrives in a startup environment. You'll have the autonomy to build, test, and optimize marketing initiatives from the ground up. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging modern AI tools like Claude to create SEO driven content, build landing pages, audit funnels, and develop high-converting lifecycle campaigns, all while continuously experimenting and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic content strategy that attracts prospective online students and generates inbound, qualified leads.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) alongside modern web workflows to generate, test, and deploy landing pages and content assets on company domains.
• Build automated email nurture sequences inside the CRM to re-engage, qualify, and convert prospective students who did not convert on first touch.
• Design and execute targeted reactivation campaigns to recover dormant leads from historical sales databases.
• Manage daily CRM records, audience segmentation, and funnel reporting (VTiger experience is a plus; HubSpot or ActiveCampaign knowledge is easily transferable).
• Collaborate closely with internal executive leadership and sales directors to establish seamless hand-off workflows for qualified student leads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience driving qualified organic inbound leads through SEO, content creation, and strategic partnerships.

• Hands-on experience setting up email marketing automation, segmenting lists, and running nurture flows inside standard CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, VTiger, etc.).
• Written English skills capable of producing natural, high-converting marketing copy and partner outreach for a U.S. consumer audience
• High comfort level experimenting with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline research, SEO audits, and content creation.
• Proactive Startup Mindset: Extreme self-direction, scrappiness, and comfort taking calculated risks without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Nice to Have

• Prior marketing experience within higher education, professional training, or regulated lead-generation environments.
• Experience in PR, media relations, or newsletter sponsorship outreach.
