Your Mission 

We are looking for a Data & Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team and report to our Director of Global Risk & Compliance Transformation. In this role, you'll be working hands-on with data — building dashboards, running analyses, and helping turn numbers into clear, useful insights for the business. Beyond core BI work, you'll also get the chance to get involved in exciting transformation projects, including AI adoption and process automation initiatives. You'll collaborate with colleagues across different teams, so an open, flexible mindset and a willingness to take on varied tasks will go a long way. Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

·       Create and update dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau based on provided requirements

·       Write SQL queries to extract and validate data from internal databases

·       Assist with data preparation and basic data modeling to support reporting needs

Analytics & Insights

·       Perform data analysis to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies across business areas

·       Help prepare forecasts and summaries using Python or SQL under guidance

·       Put together clear reports, charts, and slides to share findings with the wider team

Transformation & Automation Support

·       Assist with ongoing digital transformation and process improvement projects as directed

·       Help test and roll out AI tools, automation scripts, or new workflows

·       Document processes and support team adoption of new processes

Cross-functional Support

·       Work with colleagues across the different departments on data-related tasks

·       Handle ad-hoc requests for data analysis and reporting updates

·       Adapt to different types of tasks depending on team needs and project priorities

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

·       2-3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or BI role

·       Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau

·       Good attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

·       Comfortable presenting data findings to non-technical colleagues

·       Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)

·       Interest in AI technologies and its use for daily tasks

·       Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate)

·       Experience in financial services, risk, and compliance roles or a similar environment

·       Python or R skills for data analysis tasks
