What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support users with account management, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing a premium entertainment brand.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
• EU Citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.
