We’re currently hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to support our clients based in Modbury. In this role, your contributions will be recognised and rewarded, and you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver essential services to individuals across Australia and beyond. You’ll focus on achieving high-quality outcomes, using your empathy and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support. Every customer interaction is unique, and your ability to listen and respond effectively will help ensure the best possible experience.

Please note that due to the customer you’ll be helping to support, we can only progress with Australian Citizens who are able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Operating Hours
We have full time opportunities available!
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support all of your out of work commitments.
Skills & experience
· Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
· Strong customer service capabilities, delivering positive and solution-focused experiences
· Demonstrated patience and empathy, particularly when supporting individuals in challenging circumstances
· Collaborative team player, committed to exceeding expectations through teamwork
· Clear and effective communication, tailored to both customers and stakeholders
· Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
· Experience meeting KPIs, consistently achieving performance targets
· Intermediate computer proficiency, including multitasking across systems and a typing speed of 30 WPM
· Willingness to undergo security clearance, aligned with requirements of the Datacom account
