About the job
Wisr is on the lookout for a proactive and creative CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 10 month parental leave contract, with the potential to extend to 12 months.
You’ll be responsible for executing always-on lifecycle journeys and once-off campaigns for B2B (broker) and B2C (customer) audiences. You’ll sit at the centre of our campaign execution, collaborating with the marketing team on brainstorming, copy, and creative, and then taking those assets to build, test, and implement our journeys.
You’ll be responsible for:

CRM campaign execution: Execute end-to-end Braze campaigns across email, app, SMS, and web.

Segmentation and targeting: Create audience segments and set up dynamic content blocks to personalise the user experience.

A/B testing and AI experimentation: Own A/B testing frameworks across subject lines, copy and send-times, with a strong focus on leveraging Braze’s AI features to drive smarter testing and optimisation.

Lifecycle optimisation: Review and refine our existing automated journeys to improve flow, timing, and content.

Quality control: Coordinate testing, QA checklists, and scheduling to ensure campaigns go out error-free and on time.

Performance and insights: Use Amplitude to analyse campaign performance, share insights, and share data-driven recommendations.
What skills and experience do I need?

2+ years’ hands-on CRM marketing experience, delivering campaigns across email, app, and SMS.

Proven ability to use customer data to build audience segments, personalise campaigns, and report on performance.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfortable coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus points for:

Experience with our core tech stack (Braze, Stripo, Amplitude, HubSpot).

Basic knowledge of HTML and Liquid.

Curiosity about emerging AI tools and eager to actively test Braze’s AI capabilities.
