What You’ll Do 

• Be the primary point of contact for creative production requests. Gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure a thorough understanding of project scope.
• Execute creative concepts as briefed and directed by the Head of Creative or other stakeholders, translating approved ideas into production-ready output.
• Oversee video and photo shoot production and post-production end-to-end, managing cast, location, equipment, budget, and freelancers.
• Own the timely delivery of all creative assets across assigned campaigns and projects.
• Ensure all produced content meets brand guidelines, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver content in the right format for each channel, on time.
• Provide constructive feedback to freelancers and internal team members to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Tailor creative deliveries for target markets to reach local audiences.
• Own the intake and prioritization process for incoming creative requests, and continuously improve production workflows and tools.
• Manage and report on production budgets, including freelancer/vendor costs across projects.
• Ensure all shoots and assets comply with talent releases, location permits, and licensing/usage rights.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of freelancers and production vendors for future needs. 

What We Expect From You 

• Proven experience in creative production or project management, ideally within a production/advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• Hands-on experience running video and photo shoots end-to-end.
• Proven experience planning and tracking resources and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid understanding of design, video production, and copywriting processes, enough to collaborate closely with creative professionals and spot issues early.
• Outstanding attention to detail without losing speed under tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset: able to propose solutions and improve production workflows, not just execute or follow them.
• Strong communication around timelines and progress.
• Comfortable coordinating and managing freelancers and external production vendors, both on set and across projects.
• Experience managing production budgets, from shoot-level tracking to reporting spend across multiple projects to stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of talent releases, location permits, and licensing/usage rights for creative content.
• Experience adapting creative content for multiple markets or regions.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-location shoots (domestic/regional).
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency with project/workflow management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar), and familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for reviewing and coordinating creative assets.

Gross salary in a range: 3600 - 5000€ / month (depends on your experience)
