Part-Time or Per Diem | Burlington & Camden Counties, NJ
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in senior living communities throughout Burlington and Camden Counties, NJ. This position is based out of our South Jersey Senior Living office.
As a BAYADA Home Health Aide, you'll help adult and geriatric clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the place they call home. You'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that values your compassion, dedication, and commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities
As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including:
- Personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Oral feeding and medication assistance
- Safe transfers and ambulation, including the use of mechanical lifts
- Range of motion exercises
- Vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, and respiration)
- Light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
- Supporting clients' comfort, independence, and overall well-being
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of work experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Successful completion of the BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
- Criminal background check and ability to meet all New Jersey state requirements.
- Reliable transportation.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
$26.00-$29.00 per point
