Driver – Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE)
Full‑time • Monday–Friday • Overtime Available

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Some Saturday work (OT paid after 8 hours or any weekend work)

Job Purpose
Provide exemplary customer service while adhering to corporate and federal transportation safety policies. Ensure safe, damage‑free delivery of shipments and use best practices when individual decision‑making is required.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition
-
Secure contents via pre‑trip inspection
-
Carry accident kit and XRS system
-
Transport product safely and damage‑free
-
Load/unload glass at job sites and/or shop
-
Operate crane or perform manual lifting
-
Provide exemplary customer service on‑site
-
Report damaged shipments and ensure proper BOL notation
-
Forklift, Moffat forklift, and Hiab crane experience are assets (training available)
Qualifications
-
Class 1, Class 3, or Class 5 SQ (Airbrakes)
-
5 demerits or fewer
-
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
-
ELD logbook, load securement, pre/post trip, and road test experience
-
Preferably 2+ years hands‑on driving experience
-
Comfortable driving standard transmission
-
Positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude
-
Proactive driving capabilities
Working Conditions
