Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

Who We Are!

We are part of Digital-IT team established 17 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe.

The Position

Business Analysis & Requirements 

• Elicit, document, and translate requirements for integration, event-driven, and data-pipeline systems into precise user stories with clear acceptance criteria. 

• Produce data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process maps using Lucidchart or equivalent tools. 

• Define data sync rules, processing patterns, error-handling strategies, and retry behaviours for Azure-based integrations. 

• Maintain and govern Data Dictionaries in alignment with the organisation's Data Governance standards. 

• Support UAT: write test scenarios, coordinate sign-off, and document defect triage outcomes. 

UX & Visual Design Collaboration 

• Produce wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and user-flow diagrams in Figma for UI and internal tooling initiatives. 

• Translate backend data models and API contracts into intuitive screen flows and interaction designs. 

• Work with developers to validate that implemented UIs match approved Figma designs and meet usability standards. 

• Facilitate design review sessions with stakeholders; iterate on prototypes based on feedback. 

Agile / Scrum 

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement. 

• Own and maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO); ensure stories are ready for sprint entry. 

• Track sprint progress, velocity, and impediments using ADO dashboards and reports; escalate blockers promptly. 

• Identify risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts; maintain a dependency log and communicate proactively. 

Stakeholder & Delivery Management 

• Act as the primary requirements liaison between architects, backend developers, data engineers, and external teams. 

• Ensure all requirements align with architecture decisions, governance standards, and data contracts. 

• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and scope changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Manage expectations around scope, timeline, and trade-offs during discovery and delivery phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in data, integration, or digital environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management
• Hands on knowledge in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Ability to translate APIs and data models into intuitive UI designs
• Experience collaborating with developers to ensure design accuracy and usability
• Skilled in facilitating design reviews and incorporating stakeholder feedback
